1. The Society has formal commitments from licensed funeral directors to provide cremation or
burial for a pre-determined, minimum cost.
2. An individual joins the Society through application and payment of a nominal lifetime membership
fee. The fee includes dependent children under the age of 18. There are no dues.
3. The member receives copies of a pre-arrangement form on which to record the funeral director
selected and the type of service desired.
4. Upon death of a member, the family or representative notifies the funeral director and all
necessary steps follow automatically.
5. In addition to facilitating pre-planning for the disposition of oneâs remains, the Society
provides educational services that are available to individuals or groups that offer information about
a broad range of topics that are related to end-of-life planning. |
