| The Board of Directors of the Memorial Society of Georgia are sad to report that our beloved President, Knob Knobel, has passed away. Knob was a dedicated leader, serving as the Society’s President for an unprecedented 16 years. Many of you have known him as he presided over our annual meetings. You may have received a call from him or attended one of the many programs he presented on behalf of the Society. He will be impossible to replace but the Board of Directors are currently in a process of discernment of how to move forward.
